Given the changes and advances time has brought to the sport of Formula 1 it has become difficult to say if all the effort is pure skill from the driver or from the high end cars. Max Verstappen although has a controversial start in his Formula 1 career has quickly grabbed points and stood on podiums enough number of times in the last eight years for people to realise he actually is a force to be reckoned with.
Max currently has 36 wins and 21 pole positions to his name along with 2 world championships making him one of the youngest winners amongst many in the paddock. He has over two thousand points to his name and doesn’t seem to be stopping any time soon. The driver is known for his rough skills on track and has the craziest records as compared to any other driver. Max being the son of Jos Verstappen grew up watching the fast cars go around the circuit developed a love of his own for the sport wherein under the wings of Red Bull quickly got addicted to winning and having to spray champagne every weekend. Max made his debut in the sport in 2016 stealing the victory from championship contender Kimi Raikkonen making him the youngest driver to ever win a Formula 1 race. Since 2016 Max has come a long way but many question his abilities as a driver wondering if he had the upper hand because of the car Red Bull is able to provide for him.
The two timed world champion seems to be at ease with start of the 2023 season going his way and aims to win his third championship although viewers point out that Fernando Alonso racing for Aston Martin is going to keep giving him the tough competition throughout the season. Being compared to Lewis Hamilton for becoming the GOAT Max decides to make his own niche in the sport and wants to dominate as long as he can walking into every season starting fresh.
Only time can tell if Max Verstappen will live up to the legends of the sport of will he make his own mark and be known…
